Refund policy
We welcome returns and exchanges on orders. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition & in its original packaging.
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 14 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 14 days, we have no further liability. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please reach out to us via e-mail, creativelylinkedd@gmail.com. You will be responsible for your return label and you must package and label your item and bring it to USPS.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
